Getting Started

How do I upload a file?

Go to Dashboard → Upload. Drag and drop your file or click to browse. We support CSV, XLSX, XLS, and JSON formats.

What file formats are supported?

CSV, XLSX, XLS, and JSON. Make sure your file has a header row for best results.

Is there a file size limit?

Free: 10 MB · Starter: 50 MB · Pro: 500 MB. Upgrade your plan to increase the limit.

Analysis & Charts

How do I run an analysis?

Upload a file, then go to Dashboard → Upload and select it. Type your question or request in plain English and click Analyse.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Anything data-related: summaries, trends, comparisons, groupings, correlations, forecasts. You can also ask for specific chart types.

How do I get a chart?

Include words like "show me a bar chart", "visualise", or "plot" in your prompt. The AI will generate an interactive chart alongside the analysis.

Can I export charts?

Yes. Click the download icon on any chart to save it as a PNG. You can also export the underlying data as CSV.

Billing & Plans

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 5 analyses per month with no credit card required. Upgrade to Starter or Pro anytime for higher limits.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan and click Upgrade. You will be redirected to the secure Lemon Squeezy checkout.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan → Manage Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You can switch on the Pricing page or in Settings.

Usage Limits

What happens when I reach my monthly analysis limit?

You will see a message when the limit is reached. Your data and history remain accessible. Upgrade to continue running analyses.

When does my monthly limit reset?

Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month, regardless of your billing date.

What is the row limit per file?

Free: 100 rows · Starter: 300 rows · Pro: 2,000 rows. Rows beyond the limit are not sent to the AI — a note is included in the analysis.

Account & Settings

How do I change my password?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security and click Change Password. You will need to enter your current password to confirm.

How do I update my name or email?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Profile. Changes to your email require re-verification.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us through the contact form with the subject "Account Deletion". All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Data & Privacy

Is my uploaded data private?

Yes. Files are stored in private cloud storage and are only accessible to your account. We never share your data with other users.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is sent to the Anthropic API for analysis only and is not used for model training.

How do I delete my files?

Go to Dashboard → Files and click the delete icon next to any file. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
