By accessing or using InsightWorker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.

InsightWorker is a SaaS platform that allows users to upload data files and receive AI-generated analysis, charts, and insights powered by Anthropic's Claude models.

The Service is provided on the plans described on our Pricing page: Free, Starter, and Pro. Each plan has defined usage limits including monthly analyses, file size, and row limits.

You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not impersonate another person or use a false email address.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You agree not to use the Service to upload files containing illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API or infrastructure.

You agree not to resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all files and data you upload to InsightWorker.

By uploading files, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not use your uploaded data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Lemon Squeezy. All prices are in USD.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase. A free plan is available with limited features.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

The InsightWorker platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by InsightWorker, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-generated analysis and charts produced using your data are yours to use freely for personal and commercial purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or medical advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightWorker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
